About me

I have been working as a mental coach and hypnotherapist for several years with a great deal of passion and dedication. I work with people who struggle with unhealthy habits, are stuck in stressful life situations or suffer from anxiety to help them find inner strength, recognize new perspectives and build confidence. I also support managers in their demanding day-to-day work to develop solution-oriented approaches to achieve their goals and find mindfulness and balance. I also work with clients suffering from acute or chronic pain to achieve rapid improvements and alleviate their pain. And finally, I help children and young people to playfully activate and strengthen their inner resources in order to deal with minor and major worries.

With a Master of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London, I possess a profound comprehension of mental illnesses and their intricate effects on individuals. This academic background allows me to practice with a scientifically based mindfulness and solution-oriented approach.

At the same time, I look back on many years of experience as a communications professional with sound expertise in corporate communications and public relations. As a qualified translator, I also have a high affinity for languages and a strong command of English and French.
